Our Virtual Trade show Platform easy to manage & custimization. The Super admin will create the stall and manage it according the date set by the exhibitor. The advertisement can be uploaded in exhibition hall on particular stall. The Super admin can assign the stall to the exhibitor.They can manage the slots for meeting room and training room. The stall related exhibitor visiting card , Product related Brochures, Images and videos can be uploaded on stall. The exhibitor can do request for using the Meeting room and they can check the slots available, when the user has requested to meeting with the exhibitor. The exhibitor can do request for using the Training room. The Exhibitor can host the Webinar(One way communication one speaker and multiple listener)

In the meeting room the user and exhibitor can do peer to peer communication (chat and call). When the user is requesting for meeting to the exhibitor so the exhibitor has to register in advance to use it. They can check the slots available and reserve it then they will be getting userid and Password in the mail. The user and exhibitor can enter only on register time slot.

When the user has to join the training room so they have to do request for participation and they will be getting the userid and password in their email address. In the Training room user can see the predefined video’s and can join in the live webinar session. The user can get information related the auditorium. The user can chat with the exhibitor.
